Business founding

eFlux is the result of a strategic merger between two IT companies. Both companies were localised industry leaders within the Wide Bay region and presented as strong competitors with healthy businesses. With expansion goals and business principals aligned, a strategic merger was established to more readily service the local market by securing a more comprehensive range of skilled and qualified professionals.

Entrepreneur, determined, hard-working and never afraid of a challenge are all perfect reasons why Daniel has been offering successful IT Services with a reputation of outstanding service. Daniel first opened Group IT’s doors in 2006 with a vision to provide a higher level of service than what was currently being offered in the IT solutions industry in Bundaberg and Wide Bay area. Having successfully completed this goal, Daniel realised the possibilities to grow and expand the IT services in Bundaberg would benefit from a strategic merger with another outstanding IT service provider in the Region. This led to the introduction of a stronger, professional IT services company, eFlux, who opened their doors for trading on October 1, 2013. eFlux has since opened an office on the Gold Coast to support strong growth and to provide a higher level of expertise across the company.

Called Dean Wednesday morning about an issue, he called back within 30 minutes and scheduled a call with the eFlux tech team. Tech team member spoke to google to establish that we didn’t actually have the functionality we thought we had. I got a very comprehensive email and was able to get the functionality added onto our current g suite subscription. Problem solved same day!! (and this issue had been ongoing for over 3 weeks, consuming vast amounts of staff time with no way forward. An extremely good analogy as to why every organisation of more than one person needs tech support unless you have someone in house who is a tech wizard.
